Sales Executive – Audiovisual & Events
Main Objective
The primary role of the Sales Executive is to support business growth by taking responsibility of customer acquisition, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Develop and implement sales plans.
Following up with clients and actively maintaining CRM.
Oversee marketing initiatives, as a success tool that generates sales.
Align with other departments on the company's interest and business goals.
Preparing quotations, proposals and client documentation that gives the desired client and technical output.
Have market oversight to ensure the company stays innovative and competitive with its solutions.
Reporting that shows performance of initiatives, efforts carried out and progress on outlined priorities.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluency in additional languages is considered an asset).
Able to prepare professional proposals, emails, presentations, and reports.
Confident in presenting to clients, conducting meetings, and negotiating effectively
Driving license is an asset. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and events when required.

What we offer
A full-time position based in Malta. Work will require daily in-person presence at the office however offers flexibility
Office hours mainly
Contribute directly to the decision-making table
€25,000 - €30,000 gross/year + attractive commission
